What are the responsibilities and job description for the Coordinator position at Genesis Health Clubs?
Genesis Health Clubs is currently operating 45 health clubs in the states of Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Colorado and Oklahoma.
We are seeking a Pilates Coordinator to assist in the growth and success of the Pilates Program.
A Pilates Coordinator must :
- be able to instruct Pilates exercises to all levels of fitness on the mat and on the apparatus
- be able to communicate effectively with members and staff in multiple modes of communication (phone, email, in-person)
- be goal-oriented with and ability to achieve sales in private and semi-private training
- have the ability to lead and develop a team of Pilates instructors
- have ability to take initiative in the overall operations of the studio
A PMA Certification (or other credible certification) is preferred.
Leadership experience preferred.
