In this role, you will create compelling, on-brand content for both print and digital marketing. Responsibilities The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and demonstrates strong creative thinking and proactive work habits. A great portfolio and advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva are essential. This position will collaborate closely with the Senior Graphic Designer, a great digital team, and will report to the VP of Marketing.
Key Responsibilities

Assist the Marketing Team with marketing efforts that drive campaigns and align with the Genesis brand identity.
Work with the VP of Marketing and Senior Graphic Designer to develop comprehensive Brand Standards and help ensure adherence to those standards across the company.
Assist in elevating the Genesis brand through visually appealing, consistent designs across various channels.
Scope of work includes the following types of projects : Print Collateral (collateral, signage, advertisements), Digital Marketing (web, e-mail headers, social media ads, and so forth), apparel, and other merchandise.
Exceptional branding and graphic design sensibilities with an understanding of color usage, design hierarchy, typography, photo selection and composition.
Collaborate with other departments within the Genesis organization to meet design needs.
Stay current with graphic trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Produce high quality work.
Light copywriting (headlines, copy edits) and proofreading.
QUALIFICATIONS
Wildly creative mind and thrive on bringing marketing ideas.
Experience in graphic and digital media design
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
2-4 Years working in an ad agency or in-house marketing department with solid portfolio.
Bachelors degree in graphic design, marketing, or related field
Excellent collaborator, creator, communicator, with keen attention to detail
