What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Services Operator position at Genesis Prime Care?
This position will be filled as either a Patient Service Representative, Patient Access Specialist or Patient Service Operator.
You will be interviewed for either Family, OB, Pediatric or Behavioral Health department.

Job Summary
The Clerical Staff is an integral part of the health care team. The receptionist and access specialist assist the health care team in a professional manner in the health clinic setting. The Operator serves as initial contact for all callers. Responsibilities include assistance in opening clinic and closing clinic (turns on computers, disperses messages, registers patients and schedules patients); working with all health clinic personnel to ensure an efficient and safe environment of care.

Credentials and Experience
Required
- High School Diploma or GED
Preferred
- One (1) year of practice experience in a clinic setting.
- Spanish speaking and writing skills.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Reliably commute or planning to relocate before staring work
Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm, rotate Saturdays
