Maintenance Technician (HVAC Certified)

Genesis Properties is recruiting a Maintenance Technician for a Hi-Rise community in central Richmond.

Job Responsibilities Are As Follows

• At least three (3) years of experience as a Maintenance Technician
• Must be proficient in Plumbing, Electrical, and Appliance Installation and Repair
• Proficient in Apartment Turns
• Must have HVAC skills and certification
• Must be able to communicate with Supervisors, Residents and Coworkers
• Must be able to be serve "On Call" rotation
• MUST BE A TEAM PLAYER
  
  

Requirements

AT LEAST THREE YEARS EXPERIENCE AS A MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK AND DRUG SCREEN

MUST BE ABLE TO BE "ON CALL" ON A ROTATING BASIS

Compensation: Starting at $22/hour DOE plus on-call bonuses, monthly and quarterly bonus structure

Schedule

• 8-hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• On call
