Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Male Home ensuring adherence to all policies and regulations.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with residents and their families.
- Supervise and support staff in their duties, ensuring a high quality of care.
- Facilitate training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills.
- Coordinate activities and programs that promote social engagement and personal development among residents.

- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
