Ohel is seeking a dynamic and experienced candidate to oversee a residential setting for adults who have mental health challenges. Responsibilities include supervising all aspects of client care, programming, including integration into the community, staffing, and facilities management. Candidate should work well in high stress situations, be a strong communicator, have excellent writing skills and possess exceptional leadership abilities. Bachelor’s Degree in related field (Masters preferred) and experience working with Mental Illness required. NY or NJ Driver’s license a must. This full time position is located in Brooklyn.
