Pay: $23-30/hr DOE, potential for benefits
Foreman / Site Manager / Assistant Project Manager
What We're Looking For:

Job Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the Project Manager to carry out & creatively complete projects
- Perform carpentry and remodeling work
- Daily on-site project management and supervision
- Guide subcontractors
- Manage 1-3 general construction workers at a time
- Material procurement and management
- Ensure organization and cleanliness of job sites
- Utilize project management software
- Help manage project timelines, materials, team members, and subcontractors while learning related processes
- Oversee start-to-finish home remodeling, including:
- Interior Remodeling:
- Open up, rebuild, and finish out spaces
- Demolition and project preparation
- Framing and basic insulation
- Drywall, wall refinishing, and painting
- Kitchen cabinets, countertops, and appliance installation
- Bathroom remodels and installations
- Trim and door installations
- Window installations
- Exterior Work:
- Landscaping, tree trimming, and grounds work
- Exterior repairs and trim installations
Experience preferred but all work types trainable, must have a capacity to lead and be organized! Education: flexible
