Senior Middle Market P&C Underwriter
Location : Pennsylvania, New Jersey (Remote)
Overview :
Join our dynamic team as a Senior Middle Market Property and Casualty Underwriter remote in the Northeast. In this role, you will play a crucial part in building and expanding relationships within the New England agency and brokerage community. As a seasoned professional, you will handle a diverse book of middle market multi-line business and spearhead the development of the Territory. Your expertise will be pivotal in managing broker planning, analysis, and development, as well as budgeting and forecasting for overall Gross Written Premium (GWP) production in the Northeast. Representing the region at events and exercising entrepreneurial decision-making skills are integral components of this exciting position. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing annual business goals for assigned agents / producers, analyzing results, and maintaining accountability of agency partners. The role involves active participation in property and casualty underwriting within a guaranteed cost environment, along with engagement in training initiatives and specific projects.
Responsibilities :
- Build and expand relationships with the agency and brokerage community.
- Manage a book of middle market multi-line business.
