Required Basic Qualifications:
- Prioritizing and managing the product backlog, ensuring that the most valuable features are delivered first
- Engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations
- Proficiency in Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
- Familiarity with data science tools and technologies such as Python, R, SQL, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Understanding data structures, data modeling, and data analysis techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business analysts
- Strong decision-making skills to make informed choices quickly and effectively
- Leading and motivating the team to achieve project goals
- Familiarity with the working with healthcare, specifically claims adjudication and claims data
