Genesis10 is currently seeking a Business Execution Consultant with our client in the financial Industry located in Charlotte, NC . This is a 12 month contract position.
Responsibilities:
Required Qualifications:
2 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel:
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating across teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex ideas concisely and deliver compelling presentations
Preferred Skills:
Pay Range: $37-47

Responsibilities:
- Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives
- Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations
- Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate-risk deliverables and ensure their success
- Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, enhancing the effectiveness of support functions and business performance
- Collaborate and consult with leaders and management to identify opportunities for process improvement and risk mitigation
- Work independently to provide support and leadership in the planning and execution of programs and initiatives focused on efficiency and customer experience
Required Qualifications:
2 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel:
- PowerPoint skills:
- Creative use of animations and transitions
- Expertise in creating and modifying charts, smart art, and shapes (including merging and modifying shapes)
- Updating themes and slide layouts with exceptional attention to detail (e.g., fonts, page numbers, color schemes, alignments)
- Excel skills:
- Advanced functions for data analysis and reporting (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, and conditional formatting)
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating across teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex ideas concisely and deliver compelling presentations
- Experience in relationship development and management
Preferred Skills:
- 5 years of Python development experience
- 2-4 years of experience with Django
- 1-2 years of experience with Oracle/SQL and PostgreSQL
Pay Range: $37-47
