Genesis10 is seeking Call Center/Technical Support Specialists for a 12-month contract position. This position will work onsite five days per week and is located in Charlotte, NC.
There are two separate shifts between the two positions.
9am - 6pm or 11am - 8pm EST

Job Description:
- Will be working in a Call Center environment to provide customer support.
- Will need to have an understanding of the call center environment as it has a very strict schedule to manage maximum coverage of the phones.
- Candidates need flexibility for working in a support environment, answering calls, emails, etc
- Resources who have worked within a technical support role in the past Level 1 or 2 would be a good match for this position. It is not highly technical they should provide excellent customer service via the phone and have excellent written and verbal skills to support the customer base.
- The call volume will not be measured as much as providing a resolution to the issue when brought forward.
- 1 years of Customer Service or Technical Support experience
- 1 years of Call Center experience.
- Microsoft Office and proficient PC skills
- Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility
- Prior experience providing support with technology within a call center environment.
- Resources should have general technology exposure and experience providing support across multiple platforms and environments will be helpful.
- Top skills: 1) Broad Technical Exposure 2) Strong Communication Skills - Phone and Written Communication skills and 3) Phone Support background
