We are seeking an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage and provision access across UNIX/LINUX and Windows Operating Systems, working with key stakeholders to ensure security policies are followed. You will be responsible for leveraging tools like Active Directory, Centrify, and other IAM products to ensure proper access controls across various systems and environments.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in access management, system administration, and will be proficient in working independently with minimal oversight. Military experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Perform Group Management and Role-Based Access Provisioning leveraging Active Directory and Centrify/Delinea.
- Execute SUDO/DZDO Commands and manage permissions for UNIX Samba and Windows Shares.
- Manage non-human account provisioning for UNIX/LINUX and Windows Operating Systems.
- Fulfill provisioning activities for Windows NTFS and UNIX file directories.
- Complete cloud access management provisioning requests.
- Provide consultative support to stakeholders, including technical teams, developers, and application owners, in compliance with security policies and standards.
- Develop and enhance access management procedures to ensure efficiency and security compliance.
- 4 years of relevant experience provisioning privileged access in Active Directory for UNIX/LINUX & Windows Operating Systems.
- Associate's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience working with Centrify/Delinea preferred.
- Familiarity with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and password vault products is a plus.
- Industry certifications in Information Security (SSCP, CISSP, GIAC, CISM, CISA, etc.) are preferred.
- Cloud Access Industry Certifications (AWS Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals) are a plus.
- Strong scripting knowledge (Powershell preferred) and experience in a Windows Admin environment.
- Networking fundamentals are a plus.
- SysAdmin experience is beneficial.
