Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage IAM systems and policies.
- Administer identity repositories including Active Directory (AD), Group Policy, and User Provisioning.
- Support access control in Linux and Windows environments.
- Implement and enforce RBAC, MFA, SSO, and federated identity solutions.
- Automate IAM workflows using PowerShell, Python, or BASH.
- Identify and resolve access, authentication, and identity synchronization issues.
- Maintain IAM documentation and stay updated on industry trends.
- 3-5 years of IAM or related IT experience.
- Proficiency in Active Directory, LDAP, Kerberos, and Group Policy.
- Strong Linux/Windows administration and security expertise.
- Experience with RBAC, automation scripting and IAM tools (Azure AD, CyberArk, SailPoint).
- Familiarity with SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
- Relevant IAM certifications (e.g., Microsoft Identity & Access Administrator).
- Experience with Cloud IAM (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- ITIL or service management knowledge.
