Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst

Summary

We are seeking a skilled IAM Analyst to design, implement, and maintain identity and access management systems; ensuring secure and efficient access to critical data and systems. This role involves managing Active Directory, Linux, Windows, RBAC, and automation tools to enhance security and streamline access processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage IAM systems and policies.
• Administer identity repositories including Active Directory (AD), Group Policy, and User Provisioning.
• Support access control in Linux and Windows environments.
• Implement and enforce RBAC, MFA, SSO, and federated identity solutions.
• Automate IAM workflows using PowerShell, Python, or BASH.
• Identify and resolve access, authentication, and identity synchronization issues.
• Maintain IAM documentation and stay updated on industry trends.
  
  

Requirements

• 3-5 years of IAM or related IT experience.
• Proficiency in Active Directory, LDAP, Kerberos, and Group Policy.
• Strong Linux/Windows administration and security expertise.
• Experience with RBAC, automation scripting and IAM tools (Azure AD, CyberArk, SailPoint).
• Familiarity with SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
  
  

Preferred

• Relevant IAM certifications (e.g., Microsoft Identity & Access Administrator).
• Experience with Cloud IAM (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• ITIL or service management knowledge.
