ITSM Process Delivery Lead

Genesis10 is currently seeking an ITSM Process Delivery Lead with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC, Richmond, VA, Kennesaw, GA, and Phoenix, AZ. This is a 12 month contract position.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the day-to-day activities for a multi-functional design team producing process design deliverables in parallel across multiple processes
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure the workstream's deliverables are delivered on-time and within scope
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Record and manage actions items and decisions
• Identify and manage risk and issues and their mitigations
• Generate weekly status reporting
• Coordinate routine and as needed meetings, workshops and other collaboration logistics
• Report and escalate to management as needed
  
  

Requirements:

• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  
  

Desired Skills:

• ITIL Foundation certification
  
  

Pay Range: $53.38-$61.38
