Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for legal roles
- Understand specific hiring needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to attract top talent
- Screen resumes and applications, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
- Establish relationships and partnerships with law schools
- Oversee candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding
- Implement and refine recruitment tools and processes
- Monitor and report on recruitment KPIs
- 2 years of legal recruiting experience
- Strong negotiation and communication skills required
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience required
