Responsibilities:
- Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Scrum or Agile
- Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Scrum Master challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors
- Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables
- Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel
- Guide the teams to follow Agile and Scrum practices to promote prioritization, team readiness, and commitment for each Sprint
- Optimize Scrum team velocity to identify improvement opportunities to achieve higher levels of team performance
- Oversee systemic impediments to team agility and guide the teams on methods to escalate
- 5 years of Scrum or Agile experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education
- 5 years as a practicing Scrum Master
- Understanding of how to effectively partner/collaborate with key stakeholders to mature the acceptance of accelerated delivery
- Demonstrated reasonable level of technical and business understanding to optimize credibility with teams and managers
- Demonstrable experience and expertise driving engineering practices that includes not limited to TDD, BDD, Pair programming, CI/CD, Automation deployment
- Rigorous focus driving Unit testing and functional automation as part of DOD
- Demonstrated understanding and practical experience with JIRA (and JIRA Portfolio)
- Experience working with Compliance
- Certified Scrum Master
- Scaled Agile (SAFe, Scrum at Scale, LESS) experience
- Change Management (PROSCI, Kotter, etc.)
- Good understanding of Lean engineering practices
- Conduct Risk experience
