Responsibilities:
- Coordinate among tech execs and their delegates across ERFT including as well as interface with Application Support and Engineering, enterprise program managers and application teams
- Work with tech execs and delegates to influence and escalate as necessary to meet target dates and mitigate risks
- Provide leadership in a matrix organization of skilled architect, engineers, and business partners
- Build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus and achieve objectives
- Status reporting
- Issue escalation
- Risk mitigation
- Key messaging/communication - written and verbal
- Deliverable date management
- Forecasting
- Financial tracking (depending on project)
Requirements:
- Background/education in technology (Bachelor's degree) and the software development lifecycle
- Experience with MRA/regulatory programs
- Management consulting background or history of solving unique challenges to managing large programs
- Hands on experience putting together trending on progress via several systems
- Excel Formulas, Pivoting, Lookups experience
- PowerPoint presentation skills to senior leaders
- Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively with local and remote co-workers in a fast-paced environment
- Experience performing Technology implementations
- Proficiency with Excel
- Strong communication skills- able to clearly communicate via in-person and written communication
