Job Description:
- The Annual Report and Proxy Project Assistant will work beside the project lead to ensure the project stays on track, facilitating clear communication across contributors, keeping tasks on schedule, resolving issues, finetuning processes, and performing quality control. The ideal candidate will have at least several years of professional experience in successful project support, light project management, business communications, and problem-solving.
- They will also be an organized, reliable, resourceful self-starter, ready to jump in on unfamiliar tasks, propose troubleshooting solutions, and be confident communicating to new contacts, all while maintaining a high standard of professionalism. Close collaboration with project partners across and outside clients is central to this role, so good people skills and relationship building are a must. Also, since this project has many moving parts that require rapid response, solid PC and MS Office proficiency is needed.
