Project Coordinator/Analyst

Genesis10 is seeking a PC/Analyst professional for a contract with our client in Richfield, MN.

The role would be a standard day shift, 40hrs per week. Contract through August 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

Vendor Management

• Issue management (Missed installs, go back visits, outstanding items, etc)
• Store Communications
• Retail install labor team Order creation
• Deployment Scheduling
• Manage Install Instructions
• Place incremental hardware orders/tracking
• Proof Of Delivery validations
• Excess Equipment Return Tracking/Client Ticket closure
  
  

Required Basic Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
• 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Retail
• Ticketing System experience. ServiceNow is a nice to have but not required.
  
  

Preferred;

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Compensation: Hourly W2 pay rate $24-$28
