Job Description :
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our Early Careers team. This role focuses on recruiting support for high-volume and entry-level positions, assisting our recruiters in sourcing top talent, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. As a key contributor to our Talent Acquisition efforts, you'll play an integral role in shaping our workforce and supporting hiring managers. This is a hybrid position offering a mix of remote and on-site work.
Key Responsibilities :
Candidate Screening :
Qualify candidates for high-volume and entry-level positions (internal and external).
- Screen and select candidates for hiring leaders using sound decision-making principles.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while meeting quality, time, and satisfaction metrics.
Talent Sourcing :
Attract talent through resume mining, sourcing, and proactive outreach.
Team Collaboration :
Contribute to various Talent Acquisition projects.
Event Representation :
Represent the organization at career fairs and college recruiting events to attract emerging talent.

Compensation : Hourly W2 pay rate $25-$28
