Essential Duties :

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring seamless alignment of timing and logistics.
• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, maintaining clear, professional, and timely communication throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure candidate information is accurate and current.
• Assist in creating recruitment materials, posting job openings, and preparing interview guides.
• Help organize and participate in recruitment events, such as job fairs and career days, to promote the company and attract top talent.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to enhance recruitment processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Support resume and application reviews and conduct initial candidate screenings.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by responding to inquiries and providing timely updates.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
