Job Description:
This role will serve as a business analyst on the Shipping, Receiving, and Blending Software Product Team. This team delivers value through software solutions coordinating with vendors at times to meet business obligations and goals.
Will be working most closely with system's engineer, platform manager, and support coordinators
- Document business process coupled with technical solutions processes
- Soft Skills with customers, vendors, and co-workers
- Comfortable and confident speaking in small groups
- Advanced understanding of Windows Operating System
- Experience installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting workstation operating systems and related software, ensuring smooth and efficient user experience
- Troubleshooting of basic network infrastructure, requiring knowledge of protocols like TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP, as well as hardware like routers and switches
- Troubleshooting print issues, ensuring printer accessibility, managing print queues, and potentially configuring new printers
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- 2 years of experience in Information Technology and/or IT Business Systems Analysis
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology Management, or related field
- Participation in and leading the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products
- Basic knowledge of systems programming and associated activities
- Basic knowledge of PowerShell scripts and Windows batches
- Practical knowledge and experience in importing data for use in report software, spreadsheets, graphs, and flow charts
- Experience in the operation and analysis of data
- Ability to envision system needs from business user interactions
- Understanding of the organization's goals and objectives and how technology solutions impact the organization
