System Analyst

Summary

We are seeking a Systems Analyst to be responsible for providing computer information systems to our client’s academic and administrative departments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, develop, and document computer information systems.
• Investigate and recommend software for purchase.
• Provide support through implementation and then ongoing support to users through maintenance and troubleshooting of these computer information systems.
  
  

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Working knowledge of SQL and stored procedures, primarily within SQL Server Management Studio.
• Working knowledge of security systems including Microsoft Defender and firewalls.
• Experience with REST APIs.
• Working experience with Power BI and Azure DevOps.
  
  

Preferred

• Prior experience developing subject matter expertise within software applications
• Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Workday).
• Working experience with device management tools including Jamf for managing Apple devices including MacBooks.
  
  

This is a 6-month onsite Contract-to-Hire opportunity with our Minneapolis client. 100% Paid employee Medical/Dental Benefits, Paid time off, Paid Holidays, and 401(k) (with immediately vested company match) available with TriCom during the contract period.
