Assists with gap identification, gap prioritization and gap solution design efforts after business requirements gathering and initial systems configuration and systemso
Collaborates with internal and external technical teams to plan, design, and develop solutions.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
5 years of experience as a System Analyst or in a similar role

Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases such as SQL Server and Cassandra
Strong Experience in data-mapping using XML and JSON
Solid understanding of REST and SOAP API Integrations patterns
Familiarity with cloud environments such as MS Azure
Familiarity with agile development methodologies such as Scrum
Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
The Senior System Analyst will be responsible for executing in depth analysis on complex projects as well as influence with business partners to develop recommendations that address business needs and opportunities. Additionally, the candidate will be skilled in negotiating business priorities through partnership with product owners and translating needs back to the team for timely delivery. This role will work closely with business stakeholders and software development teams during the Planning, Design, Development, and Test phases of a project.
Responsibilities

Lead efforts to identify areas of improvement in existing business process and applications
Develop expertise and become the Subject Matter Expert on the applications.
Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting issues, working with vendor for product support, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and managing issues to resolution
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
