Responsibilities:
- Participate in low to moderately complex business execution initiatives, identifying opportunities for process improvement
- Analyze and assess third-party vendor risks, ensuring compliance with Wells Fargo's TPRM policies and processes
- Review and research business execution challenges related to low-to-medium risk deliverables, presenting recommendations for resolution
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide information and guidance on third-party risk and vendor management processes
- Exercise independent judgment in resolving business execution challenges while developing expertise in relevant functions, policies, and procedures
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent experience in consulting, training, military, or education
- 2 years of third-party risk management experience
- 1 year of experience in procurement and supply chain management
- Ability to build partnerships and consult effectively with leadership
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise independent judgment
