Summary:
In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunity for process improvements within Business Execution. Review and analyze basic or tactical Business Execution assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives, related to low-to-medium risk deliverables. Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise some independent judgment while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Provide information to client personnel in Business Execution.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively track, monitor and support the progress of all support requests and ongoing TPRM compliance and manage stakeholder expectations while ensuring effective progress from the support partners.
- Mange the Third-Party Risk Managment process including managing all required assessments, partnering with designated TPO (Third-Party Officer) and fulfilling any designated Primary Business Liaison (PBL) and LOB Relationship Managers role responsibilities. These require an understanding the GPL product and how the vendor supports that product to effectively manage Third Party risk issues.
- Simplify the contract process for the business by proactively managing the contract execution process with the assigned Supply Chain Consultant. Coordinate any required vendor actions to facilitate timely contract execution. Facilitate the inclusion of appropriate SLA's and performance metrics in all contracts and be the contract SME for your assigned engagements.
- Manage vendor relationships and maintain an understanding of vendor performance, capability and capacity including facilitating the Quarterly Business Reviews and the timely review and approval of monthly invoices.
- Collaborate and consult with internal support teams, Product managers and the vendor to develop and manage project plans and key milestones that resolve issues and achieve project goals.
- Assist with periodic Management Reporting requests using Excel to analyze and report on STORM and other Sharepoint data.
Qualifications:
- Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
- 2 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
- 1 year of procurement and supply chain management experience
- 2 years of third party risk management experience
- Experience building partnerships and consulting effectively with leadership
- Intermediate MicroSoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and creative problem solving techniques
Desired Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of Wells Fargo's TPRM Policy and Processes
- Working knowledge of the System for Third-Party Operational Riks Management (STORM)
