- The client lets users collaborate with generative AI to boost productivity and fuel creativity.
- The UX team is made up of dedicated and talented UI designers, researchers, writers, content designers and PgMs passionate about creating the best possible experience for our users.
- We work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment with team members across the client.
- As a designer on the UX team, you'll work closely with UX design, research, engineering, and product management, to understand and prioritize user needs.
- Collaborate with a highly motivated UX team to define the future product experience for client.
- Design is grounded in constraints, which serve as boundaries to work within and barriers to creatively overcome.
- The craft is knowing when to conform and when to push the edge.
- Create new designs, including (but not limited to) IA, user flows, wireframes, mocks, and prototypes.
- Explore design options grounded in constraints, which serve as boundaries to work within and know when to conform and when to push the edge for creative overcomes.
- Communicate design intent to stakeholders.
- Clearly rationalize and justify design work with users' needs.
- Deliver precise and visually elegant design specs for engineering implementation and work closely with engineers to ensure high quality execution.
- Bachelor's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience of 5 years in User Experience Design, HCI, Interaction, data visualization, or 5 years of experience in a similar industry.
- Experience in using UX tools (e.g., Figma, etc.).
- Experience collaborating with Designers, Engineers, Content Strategists and Product Managers throughout the design process
- Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
- Experience in multimodality or GenAI product experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen, articulate positions, and advocate designs.
- Knowledge of technical constraints and best practices as they apply to designing for digital platforms, including responsive web.
- Awareness of inclusive design principles and best practices.
- Self-directed, able to move fast while being thoughtful .
