- 6 years of experience providing technical customer support, identifying customer needs, abilities, and limitations
- 6 years of experience with troubleshooting and diagnosing hardware and software issues occurring among clients
- 6 years of experience reviewing application and network access logs Windows-based systems to identify errors
- 6 years of experience working in a federal, state, or local government setting
- 6 years of experience performing testing duties to ensure software meets quality standards
