We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas, adhering to hotel standards.
- Perform floor care duties such as vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces.
- Replace linens, towels, and other amenities as needed to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report them promptly to the housekeeping management team.
- Restock cleaning supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure operational efficiency.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to health regulations while performing cleaning tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests or concerns in a friendly manner.
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial work is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and techniques is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A background in hospitality or customer service is beneficial for enhancing guest experiences.
