The Director of First Impressions (DFI) plays an important role in setting a professional tone for the entire organization. As the first person that clients and guests meet when visiting our office, the DFI is instrumental in making sure clients have a positive experience and always feel welcome.

Below are the primary business areas, roles, and support structure:
Operations:
- Opens and closes office daily
- Greets clients and makes them feel comfortable when they visit our office
- Set up & clean up conference rooms
- Maintains Conference Room Calendars
- Answer all incoming phone calls
- Sorts and distributes all mail & incoming packages
- Orders and maintains inventory of all office supplies
- Maintains list of all vendors for office supplies
- Kitchen Cleanliness and Dishwasher management
- Notarize documents for clients
- Manage firm & client birthday cards
- Orders and prepares Holiday Cards
- Charitable Committee Participation
- Phone & Printer Oversight
- Additional Support as requested by the executive team
Qualifications:
- High School Graduate
- Some college education
- Desire to grow personally and professionally, become the “best version of yourself.”
- Team player with ability to collaborate with others to enhance our company culture.
- Highly organized with great attention to detail.
- Able to prioritize and efficiently multi-task.
- Ability to understand client concerns and questions
- Exceptional communication, writing, and interpersonal client service skillset.
Ideal Qualifications:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in clerical and administrative roles
- Highly organized with a great attention to detail/Critical Thinking
- Exceptional communication, writing, and interpersonal skillset
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and calendar management
- Team player with ability to collaborate with others to enhance our company culture
