Duties
- Manage the entire used car inventory, including purchasing, pricing, and merchandising vehicles.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Foster a customer-centric environment by providing exceptional service and support to clients.
- Train, mentor, and supervise sales staff to enhance their performance and professional development.
- Utilize software tools for inventory management and sales tracking to optimize operations.
- Negotiate deals with customers to ensure satisfaction while maximizing profitability.
- Monitor market trends to adjust pricing strategies and maintain competitive advantage.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle features, financing options, and trade-in values.
Experience
- Proven experience in automotive sales management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong skills in customer service, communication, negotiation, and math are essential.
- Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.
