Compensation
- Gross Weekly Pay: $2,732/week
- Stipend: $1,246/week (non-taxed)
- Taxable Weekly Pay: $1,486
- Hourly Breakdown:
- Blended Pay: $68.30/hour
- Overtime: $86.87/hour
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the nursing team to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Implement and monitor compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide leadership in maintaining a positive, efficient, and effective nursing environment.
- Address patient and family concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation and reporting.
Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience as a Director of Nursing or in a similar leadership role.
- Active RN license in Maine or compact state.
- Current BLS certification.
- COVID vaccination is mandatory.
