Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. Duties
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Assist with family planning and provide education on reproductive health.
- Support patients with pain management strategies and interventions.
- Provide care for patients requiring home community care, ensuring their needs are met in a familiar environment.
- Assist in procedures within the operating room (OR) as needed.
- Conduct sonography procedures when applicable.
- Provide urgent care services for patients with acute health issues.
- Work with pediatric patients, offering specialized care tailored to children’s needs.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Skills
- Proficiency in taking vital signs and monitoring patient health status.
- Experience or knowledge in family planning and reproductive health services.
- Familiarity with durable medical equipment (DME) usage and management.
- Ability to assist in pain management techniques for diverse patient populations.
- Experience in providing care for children is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of home community care practices to support patients outside of traditional healthcare settings.
- Basic understanding of sonography principles is a plus.
- Capability to assist in urgent care situations effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
