We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Traffic Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of traffic flow on construction sites. Duties
- Direct and manage traffic around construction sites to ensure safety for workers and pedestrians.
- Collaborate with heavy equipment operators, including those operating dump trucks, loaders, backhoes, bulldozers, graders, and front loader trucks.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
- Assist in the setup of traffic control devices such as cones, signs, and barriers.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate the movement of equipment and materials.
- Report any issues or hazards observed on-site to supervisors promptly.
Experience
- Previous experience working on construction sites is preferred.
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation is essential; experience with loader operation, dump truck driving, backhoe operation, bulldozing, grader operation, and front loader truck operation is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Pay: $17.55 - $50.00 per hour
