Tree Service Worker/laboror

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a willingness to learn. This role involves various tasks related to landscape maintenance, tree care, and general labor duties. The Laborer will work closely with experienced team members to ensure the successful completion of projects while adhering to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in landscape maintenance tasks including planting, weeding, and mulching.
• Operate bucket trucks safely for tree trimming and care.
• Support rigging operations for tree removal and maintenance.
• Perform lawn care activities such as mowing, edging, and fertilizing.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Follow instructions from supervisors regarding project specifications and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow on job sites.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to GIS applications in landscaping.

Requirements

• Previous experience in landscape maintenance or tree care is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with GIS technology is a plus.
• Ability to operate bucket trucks and perform bucket operations safely.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety guidelines.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy objects.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team environment.
