Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Manager – PAM Presales Consultant to lead our CSG PAM Implementation project. The role requires expertise in PAM technologies like CyberArk, BeyondTrust, and Thycotic. You’ll collaborate with sales teams, technical consultants, and customers to develop tailored solutions, drive presales activities, and ensure smooth implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

Presales & Technical Consultation:

• Work with sales teams to understand client needs and create customized PAM solutions.
• Act as a technical advisor, conducting product demos, POCs, and workshops.
• Prepare technical proposals and RFP responses to support deal closures.

Solution Architecture & Implementation:

• Design and implement end-to-end PAM solutions, ensuring smooth integration with IT infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective deployment and configuration.
• Advise on best practices, risk mitigation, and operational efficiencies.

Stakeholder & Project Management:

• Engage with executives, IT teams, and security professionals to communicate PAM benefits.
• Maintain relationships with vendors to stay updated on PAM trends.
• Contribute to presales success and pipeline growth with technical expertise.
