Job Role: Salesforce CRM Analytics Consultant
Location: Maryland or Virginia or Dallas, TX ( Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure data reliability, accuracy, and provide strategic value within Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud.
- Leverage Marketing Cloud Journey and Campaign data to enhance Marketing Campaign Insights.
- Enforce data governance by resolving inconsistencies across platforms.
- Optimize dataflows and queries for better reporting efficiency.
- Build real-time, interactive Salesforce CRM Analytics (Einstein Analytics) dashboards.
- Analyze Marketing Cloud Journey and campaign performance.
- Utilize SAQL, SOQL, and JSON for advanced data modeling.
- Automate reporting with scheduled refreshes and predictive analytics.
- Work with teams to define KPIs and reporting needs.
- Train users on self-service reporting and data best practices.
- Align analytics with marketing, sales, and operations.
- Stay updated on Salesforce innovations and AI capabilities.
- Gather business requirements and provide training to end users.
Experience:
- 3 years in Salesforce Analytics, BI, or Data Consulting Salesforce Certified CRM Analytics & Discovery Consultant Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security, and governance Proficiency in SAQL, SOQL, JSON, and declarative reporting tools Hands-on experience with ETL tools, API integrations, and middleware
(Preferred):
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Journey Analytics, & Campaign Reporting Familiarity with Education Cloud, Experience Cloud, Sales & Service Cloud Additional Tools
(Nice to Have):
- Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Python experience is a plus
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $60.64 - $73.03 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
