We are seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing marketing automation solutions to enhance customer engagement and drive business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven marketing strategies using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions to support marketing strategies.
- Manage and optimize marketing campaigns, ensuring maximum performance and ROI.
- Build and maintain email marketing templates, journeys, and automated workflows using Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
- Utilize Audience Studio and Data Extensions to segment audiences effectively for targeted campaigns.
- Develop and execute A/B testing strategies to improve email deliverability and engagement rates.
- Leverage SQL, AMPscript, and SSJS (Server-Side JavaScript) for advanced data manipulation and personalization.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to improve future marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and analytics teams to align marketing automation with business goals.
- Ensure data governance, compliance with privacy regulations, and best practices in data management.
- Provide training and support to marketing teams on Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionalities.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (email marketing, automation, and analytics).
- Strong understanding of Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Mobile Studio.
- Proficiency in SQL, AMPscript, and SSJS for data management and personalization.
- Hands-on experience with Data Extensions, Audience Segmentation, and Lead Scoring.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across diverse teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification (e.g., Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant).
- Experience with Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud integrations.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with API integrations and third-party marketing tools.
- Experience with Agile project management methodologies.

Pay: $70.03 - $74.95 per hour
