Instructional Design and Multimedia Development Specialist
Contract Length : 6 months plus potential extension
Location : Dallas, TX (Hybrid – 3 days onsite in downtown Dallas)
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Instructional Design and Multimedia Development Specialist with expertise in online and video-based learning technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design , multimedia production , and the latest e-learning tools . This role will involve designing, developing, and implementing engaging training programs that meet the needs of our client’s workforce, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to enhance learning outcomes.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Multimedia Production, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in training development, specifically focused on online and video-based learning.
- Proficiency in e-learning development tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia.
- Experience with graphic design, animation, and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, Articulate, etc.).
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to innovate training solutions and think outside the box.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and assessment tools.
- Knowledge of coding languages (e.g., HTML5, CSS) to enhance e-learning development.
- Previous experience in a corporate training environment.
