Contract-to-hire : Instructional Design Specialist (10053)
Client, located off 75 Royal Lane, is looking for an Instructional Design Specialist on a contrat-to-hire basis. This role is hybrid.
Keys :
- Orient new employees to their new roles via training bootcamps
- Utilize instructional design frameworks such as ADDIE and SAM to develop effective, efficient, and scalable learning experiences.
- Design and develop training programs in various formats, including classroom-based sessions, virtual training, webinars, and hands-on workshops.
- Oversee the design and development of engaging and interactive learning solutions (Instructor-led, e-learning, training materials, job aids, multi-media assets, etc.)
- Conduct ongoing assessments of training programs and gather feedback from stakeholders to evaluate their effectiveness.
- Stay current with the latest instructional technologies, learning management systems (LMS), authoring tools, and AI to effectively integrate technology into learning programs, enhancing the overall learning experience.
- Partner with subject matter experts across the organization to design and develop training materials
- Healthcare preferred, but not required. The most important thing is that someone knows instructional design.
- Health Stream L&D software helpful but not required
