About the Role : General Manager, Information Systems
The General Manager, Information Systems (GM Information Systems) will be a senior leader within the organization, responsible for overseeing all aspects of Information Technology (IT), Information Security (InfoSec), and DevOps. Based in New York and reporting directly to the Group CTO, this role will drive the strategic vision, operational excellence, and innovation required to support Genius Sports' technology infrastructure and business objectives.
The GM Information Systems will lead a high-performing team to ensure secure, scalable, and efficient technology operations across the organization. They will be tasked with aligning IT, InfoSec, and DevOps functions with the company's growth strategy, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability. This is a critical role for an experienced leader who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is eager to make a lasting impact on the company's technology and security landscape.
Strategic Leadership :
- Develop and execute the strategic vision for Information Technology (IT), Information Security (InfoSec), and DevOps functions, ensuring alignment with the organization's overall technology and business goals.
- Lead and manage all aspects of the organization's IT infrastructure, including network, hardware, software, and cloud services, to ensure seamless operations and scalability.
- Drive the integration and optimization of DevOps practices, enhancing the software development lifecycle through automation, collaboration, and innovation.

The salary for this role is based on an annualized range of $220,000 - $315,000. This range reflects factors such as location, seniority, and experience.
