 Information Systems Manager Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize WAN, LAN, and wireless networks, including fiber and Cat6 infrastructure.
• Oversee the VMware cluster, ensuring the reliability of Windows virtual machines.
• Manage IT inventory, ensuring availability of equipment and hardware for venue and office use.
• Provide first-level support for end-users, including PCs, Macs, printers, and access control systems.
• Implement and maintain IT policies for data security and system reliability.
• Coordinate IT projects, such as installations, upgrades, and system migrations, ensuring timely completion within budget.

 Information Systems Manager Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5 years of IT management experience, with a strong focus on networking and infrastructure.
• Expertise with Cisco Meraki firewalls, switches, and wireless access points.
• Proficiency in VMware technologies (vSphere, ESXi) and Windows systems (Active Directory, Windows Server).
• Strong leadership skills, with experience managing teams and vendor negotiations.
• Certifications like CompTIA, MCSE, or Cisco certifications (preferred).
