Job Description
Technology enabled software service company is seeking a competent technical Inside Sales Representative with an understanding of software, devices and general technology. Qualified individuals will promote a suite of products and services including energy billing, energy management, and device management Software as a Service “SAS”. Other Technology’s include Automated Meter Reading systems, mobile applications, device repair and management.
Inside Sales Administrator are focused on sourcing new prospects and sales via phone, email, social media, and networking. Ability to work directly with potential Clients to understand their service problems and needs. Inside Sales Administrators will coordinate the effective transfer of prospects to Account Managers to finalize service contracts specific to software applications and other technology.
Responsibilities
· Prospecting and lead generating through prospecting via phone, email, and other methods.
· Conduct outbound calls to potential customers for business development purposes.
· Follow a script to provide information about products or services.
· Identify and qualify leads for sales opportunities.
· Schedule appointments or meetings for sales representatives.
· Provide knowledge of company platform and services to existing and potential users.
· Promote product demos and presentation to prospects and clients over the web or in person.
· Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and customer interactions on Salesforce.
· Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call quotas - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
· Coordinate and process order batches.
Minimum Qualifications
Typically requires two to four years customer service-related work experience. Previous computer experience required, CRM knowledge preferred. High level of direct customer contact requiring strong, Communication (oral and written) and negotiation skills. Working knowledge of company policies, practices and customer credit-related matters.
