Role Summary:
The Benefits Analyst will manage and administer comprehensive health, welfare, and retirement benefit programs across multiple states. This role supports compliance, communication, data accuracy, and vendor coordination to ensure employee benefits align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
· Administer health, life, COBRA, EAP, and voluntary benefit plans, ensuring accurate deductions, record-keeping, and issue resolution.
· Lead benefits-related projects such as compensation statements, audits, census reporting, and compliance testing.
· Support annual open enrollment, update HRIS with benefits/rates, and create employee communication materials.
· Manage benefit system updates, troubleshoot data file issues, and ensure smooth vendor integrations.
· Oversee retirement and pension plan administration, ensuring accurate and timely participant processing.
· Maintain HIPAA-compliant benefits records and ensure ACA reporting and filing compliance.
Qualifications:
· At least 5 years of experience in benefits administration.
· Strong understanding of ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, and other relevant regulations.
· Skilled in Excel and MS Office, with strong attention to detail and analytical ability.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
