Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Laboratory Manager to for our client. The ideal candidate will ensure the delivery of high-quality laboratory services, compliance with regulatory standards, and effective team leadership.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage daily laboratory operations, including staff scheduling, workflow optimization, and quality assurance programs.
- Supervise and mentor laboratory staff, ensuring continuous professional development and team collaboration.
- Oversee and manage laboratory budgets, inventory, and purchasing of supplies and equipment.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of test results, quality control, and equipment maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to maintain operational efficiency and quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians, healthcare providers, and administrative staff to deliver accurate and timely laboratory results.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and laboratory policies.
- Stay up-to-date on advancements in laboratory science and technology, implementing improvements as appropriate.
