Role Overview

As a Creative Strategist, you will lead the development, execution, and optimization of creative strategies across multiple digital platforms — including Meta, Google, and emerging channels. You’ll manage a multidisciplinary team of copywriters, designers, social media managers, and video editors to produce high-performing ads, email campaigns, video scripts, and more. In addition to overseeing the creative process, you’ll be hands-on with copywriting, shaping narratives that differentiate our private equity clients and effectively raise capital.

This role combines leadership, direct-response copywriting expertise, project management, and data-driven optimization. You will conduct in-depth client interviews to uncover unique value propositions and transform them into persuasive marketing angles that resonate with potential investors.


Key Responsibilities

Creative Strategy & Development

  • Conceptualize and develop ad campaigns tailored for Meta, Google, and other digital platforms, with a strong focus on capital-raising objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth client interviews to identify unique value propositions that appeal to potential investors, crafting compelling marketing angles.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Manage and mentor a team of copywriters, designers, social media managers, and video editors.
  • Oversee the end-to-end creative process—from concept to execution—across ads, email campaigns, video content, and sales copy.
  • Ensure all creative output meets performance, quality, and capital-raising goals.

Hands-On Copywriting

  • Write persuasive, direct-response copy for sales pages, email sequences, SMS campaigns, video scripts, and webinars—with a special focus on attracting investors and raising capital.
  • Develop engaging performance marketing creatives for Meta, Google, and beyond.

Project Management & Client Relations

  • Coordinate project timelines, ensuring all creative assets are delivered on schedule.
  • Meet directly with clients to present capital-raising creative strategies, gather feedback, and refine campaign objectives.
  • Maintain ongoing communication via Slack, Monday, Notion, or similar project management tools.

Data Analysis & Optimization

  • Interpret ad performance metrics and testing data to refine campaigns and maximize investor engagement and conversions.
  • Conduct A/B testing on copy, creatives, and landing pages, providing actionable insights for ongoing optimization.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and platform best practices (Meta, Google, etc.) to continuously innovate—particularly in the realm of capital-raising.

Strategic Insights & Reporting

  • Produce performance reports and strategic recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders, linking capital-raising outcomes to creative performance.
  • Offer thought leadership on emerging marketing trends, especially within real estate and finance sectors.


Qualifications

Experience

  • 4 years in creative or marketing roles (agency or corporate), with at least 1-2 years in a leadership position overseeing teams.
  • Demonstrated success in digital advertising, direct-response copywriting, and performance marketing—ideally within real estate, finance, or capital-raising niches.

Technical & Creative Skills

  • Strong expertise in Meta, Google, and other digital ad platforms, including creative best practices.
  • Proven ability to write high-converting copy for sales letters, email funnels, video scripts, and more.
  • Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva) and marketing tech stacks.

Analytical Mindset

  • Experience with A/B testing and ad account optimization, using data to inform creative decisions.
  • Comfortable interpreting KPIs to drive iterative improvements in campaign performance.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; adept at interfacing with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong project management abilities to juggle multiple deadlines and stakeholder expectations.
  • Confidence in your craft, balanced with humility and a commitment to continuous learning.
