Role Overview: Paid Media Director (Meta-Focused)

We are seeking a Paid Media Director with deep expertise in Meta advertising to lead our media buying strategy, manage high-performing campaigns, and drive meaningful results for real estate private equity clients. In this leadership role, you will oversee a team of media buyers and collaborate with copywriters, designers, and internal stakeholders to craft robust, data-driven Meta-focused campaigns aimed at raising capital and expanding our clients’ investor reach.

You will develop multi-channel marketing strategies but place particular emphasis on Meta platforms—optimizing ad spend, conducting advanced audience segmentation, and continuously testing new approaches to improve ROAS, CPL, and funnel performance. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement comprehensive Meta advertising strategies tailored to capital-raising objectives in the real estate private equity sector.
  • Oversee funnel marketing campaigns—from lead magnets and opt-in pages to email sequences and sales copy—with a Meta-first approach.
  • Align paid media initiatives with broader business goals, collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Meta Campaign Management & Optimization

  • Direct and manage Meta media buying activities (Facebook and Instagram), including budgeting, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
  • Conduct ongoing A/B tests on Meta-specific ad creatives, landing pages, and copy to maximize conversion rates and investor engagement.
  • Analyze performance metrics using Facebook Ads Manager and complementary analytics tools, ensuring each campaign meets or exceeds KPIs (cost per lead, ROAS, and capital raised).

Team Oversight & Collaboration

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of media buyers and funnel strategists, setting clear performance objectives with an emphasis on Meta campaign outcomes.
  • Work closely with copywriters and designers to produce high-converting ad creatives and email sequences, optimized primarily for Meta placements.
  • Coordinate with content creators to maintain consistent brand messaging across Meta’s family of apps and other secondary platforms.

Client & Stakeholder Communication

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, presenting Meta-focused campaign results and strategic recommendations in a clear, data-driven manner.
  • Conduct discovery calls and in-depth interviews with clients to understand their unique value propositions and investor profiles, translating these insights into Meta ad strategies.
  • Provide regular performance reports, highlighting emerging trends and actionable insights specific to Meta’s evolving landscape.

Funnel Development & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

  • Oversee the creation and refinement of funnel assets (opt-in pages, lead magnets, email automations) to drive investor leads from Meta ads.
  • Implement CRO best practices to improve conversion rates and lower CPA within Meta-driven funnels.
  • Keep pace with algorithm updates and new ad formats on Meta platforms to maintain a cutting-edge approach.

Innovation & Growth

  • Stay current with Meta platform updates, advertising policies, and real estate/finance industry trends to ensure our strategies remain effective and compliant.
  • Identify new Meta features, placements, and audience segments to continuously expand our clients’ reach, focusing on attracting accredited investors and institutional partners.
  • Test and evaluate additional ad channels (Google, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) as needed, while maintaining a strong Meta emphasis.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 4 years of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) media buying experience with a proven track record of managing large budgets and delivering consistent results.
  • 3 years of direct-response marketing experience, including funnel optimization and email marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in conversion rate optimization (CRO) for landing pages and funnels, especially tied to Meta campaigns.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics and attribution (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Strong grasp of copywriting principles and the ability to guide content creation for ad creatives and funnels.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and present findings to executive-level stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience raising capital or marketing within the real estate private equity or finance sectors.
  • Knowledge of other ad platforms (Google, YouTube, TikTok) for remarketing or diversification.
  • Prior experience working at a marketing agency, juggling multiple client campaigns.
  • A background in long-form sales page writing or in-depth investor-focused content.
  • Basic design or video editing skills to refine Meta creatives in real-time.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: $60,000 – $80,000 per year
