Regional Security Operations Manager

Overview:

Genric Security is seeking an experienced Regional Security Operations Manager to oversee and manage one of their security teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law enforcement, security operations, and conflict management. This role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Regional Security Operations Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our employees, facilities, and assets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive security policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance and oversight to the security team, ensuring that all security-related tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective measures.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement and other emergency services to ensure prompt response in the event of an emergency.
• Implement and manage CCTV and surveillance systems to maintain a high level of visibility and situational awareness.
• Develop and implement training programs for security personnel to ensure that they are adequately trained in first aid, CPR, and conflict management.
• Conduct regular training sessions for security personnel to ensure that they are up-to-date on the latest security protocols and procedures.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local law enforcement and other security organizations to ensure that we have access to the latest security intelligence and best practices.
• Ensure that all security-related incidents are documented and reported to senior management in a timely and thorough manner.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as criminal justice, law enforcement, or a related field is not required but preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in a security management role, preferably in a corporate setting.
• At least 5 years of experience in security management or a related field.
• Ability to manage multiple client sites
• Strong knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and best practices.
• Availability to cover shifts when employees call off
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in conflict management and first aid/CPR.
• Experience with CCTV and surveillance systems.
• Experience in loss prevention and mitigation.
• A strong commitment to maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Valid Driver's License and a willingness to travel (potential for provided company vehicle) for 25% of job

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
