We are seeking a talented Design Consultant to join our team. As a Design Consultant, you will assist customers in selecting and purchasing products that meet their design preferences and needs.
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding clients' design requirements and offering suitable product recommendations
- Collaborate with clients to create design concepts that align with their vision
- Present and explain design options, features, and benefits to customers
- Assist clients in making informed decisions on furniture, decor, color schemes, and layout
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom to showcase products effectively
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in interior design or home decor is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to actively listen to clients' needs
- Proficiency in retail math for accurate pricing and measurements
- Knowledge of current design trends and styles
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Interior Design is a plus
