Gensco has an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant at our Distribution Center in Tacoma, WA!
Schedule - Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
Full time - starting pay range $18-$23 per hour based on experience
Day to Day Administrative Assistant Activities
- Answer all in-coming phone calls, accurately record and direct messages to appropriate individuals
- Perform cash sales functions receiving payments from customers, entering sales data into the computer, reconciling cash transactions, etc.
- Perform office support duties such as word processing, filing, sending faxes, etc.
- Provide excellent customer service by treating all customers fairly and honestly
- Complete quality, error-free work
Administrative Assistant Requirements
- Must have High School diploma or GED
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage details and meet deadlines with 100% accuracy in a multi-task environment
- Customer service oriented approach, responds to requests with urgency
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both in person and over the phone
